Sometimes they pay employees late. Suppliers are always complaining about not being paid. Suppliers will not do business with them unless they are paid up front now. Ownership is dishonest and very demanding.
Management is not qualified. There is no chance of growth or advancement because the company is not growing or advancing. Coworkers were good people but very unhappy and had poor morale at work everyday. Overall a very miserable and stressful place to work. Pay rate was pretty good but you are always worried about being paid on time.

Cons The con artist. When Viceroy was a family owned company it was great. Business got sold then sold again. The owners filed for bankruptcy and many didn't get paid. Some took a job again after company opened under new name but some of the same people still in charge. Still employees have missed pay periods since going back. The atmosphere is a positive, uplifting, encouraging environment where there is a great balance of hard work, teamwork and laughter.
